Treat yourself with this delicious recipe for salmon, Cheddar and spinach pie, a tasty and creamy marriage.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 1 puff pastry
- 250 cheddar
- 250 g of Salmon smoke
- 150 ’spinach fresh frozen
- 3 eggs
- 20 cl of sour cream
- 15 cl of milk
Salmon, Cheddar and Spinach Pie Recipe
Start by rolling out the puff pastry then put it in a baking dish
Defrost the spinach
Cut the Cheddar into thin slices
Place half of the slices at the bottom of the dough
Arrange the smoked salmon on top
In a salad bowl,
Mix and beat the eggs with the crème fraîche then the milk, salt and pepper
Add the spinach then mix again
Pour the preparation over the Cheddar and smoked salmon
Add over the rest of the Cheddar
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 °
Serve with a good salad
