To concoct a comforting drink when the temperature drops, hot cider is an ideal preparation, easy and quick.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 75 cl of raw cider
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 stick ofcinnamon
  • 2 cloves

Wash the orange and cut it into slices, keeping the rind.

Put the cider and all the ingredients in a saucepan.

Heat until simmering.

Simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
